You can easily take the flight up to Kallax, Luleå and find us less than 4 miles outside in Sjulsmark, neighboring Piteå municipality. The mansion houses a restaurant with up to 70 seated guests, a conference room and meeting room on the upper floor. The annex has 14 rooms to rent one by one or take the opportunity to rent all for your conference, course or your dream wedding exactly as you want. We help fulfill your/your wishes.

Sleep in the Annex
The Annex is a converted barn where the cows used to live. Now it is called the Annex and contains 14 rooms of different sizes and designs with their own shower and toilet. There is everything from double rooms to single rooms, all tastefully furnished with soul and heart. Can be rented with simpler bedding for e.g. hikers of the Solander trail, or just for those who want to get out to the country and the peace, to comfortably made beds at, for example, a conference.

The manor house
The manor dating back to 1899 with its lovely dining room/party floor and a lovely large kitchen and bar that is tastefully decorated, to be able to satisfy most people's wishes to shape and create the room to the customers liking. The manor is booked for private events such as private courses, weddings, baptisms, parties, individual conferences, etc. Here you will find a manor with many nice memories sitting in the walls, and we hope for many more.
