Festspelen i Piteå - Louise Hoffsten

  Louise Hoffsten is a musical icon whose unique voice and genuine expression have left an unforgettable mark on Swedish music history.      ​Living up to descriptions like folk favorite and Sweden's blues queen few artists can carry. Louise Hoffsten deserves and lives up to both of them.    

  For over three decades, she has enriched the Swedish song treasure with nearly twenty studio albums that flow between blues, show and rock. Not infrequently with harmonica in hand, she has toured the country several times and become one of Sweden's most popular songwriters, artists and musicians. In 2022, Louise Hoffsten was awarded the Music Publishers' Honorary Award.
